My post today features the Jeweled Crown double detail die and stencil set. I just love the ability to add refined detail to your dies with a coordinating stencil. The creative possibilities are endless! You can add ink, glitter, coloring or all the options available with paste. I chose here to use Tonic’s embellishment mouse in the color of “Mother of Pearl”, which added a beautiful complimentary shimmer to the elegant frame die. The “tent topper” card style is one of my favorites to use when I want to add unique and interesting shape to the card. The card base is a 4.5 ” by 7.5 “piece of card stock scored and folded to make a 4.5″ x 3.75″ finished card. The die cut frame is then positioned off the top so the finished card measures 4.5″ x 6.25” which is a standard envelope size. I cut a center oval using Tonic’s oval layering set and stamped and embossed my focal sentiment. Pearls and a sheer ribbon bow accented with a tiny flower made from the smallest die in the Plush Peony set provided the finishing touches. The resulting look is another of my favorites, simple elegance.
